A leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth of the company through the development and execution of both business development and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and positioning the company for long-term success. The Director of Business Development will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and marketing departments to align strategies that increase revenue, enhance brand visibility, and support overall business objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality
- 7–10 years' experience in hospitality marketing/business development
- Strategic thinker with proven revenue-driving results
- Strong leadership, communication & market analysis skills
- Experience with luxury/upscale hotel markets is an advantage
