RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all resort operations – Rooms, F&B, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing
• Ensure excellent guest experiences & service standards
• Drive profitability, occupancy & team performance
• Strong leadership, strategic planning & financial management skills required
• Must be willing to be based on an island resort
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Hospitality or related field
• 8+ years' experience in hotel/resort management
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Hands-on, dynamic, and results-oriented
